Privacy

This page covers the Lamsi marketing site, its contact form, and the account area restaurant owners sign in to.

What the contact form asks for

The form asks for a name, the restaurant's name, a phone number and an email address. Giving them is your choice; without a way to reach you we cannot answer an enquiry sent through the form.

You can also call or message us on WhatsApp without filling anything in.

What we use it for

The details go to the Lamsi team so we can answer you. Sending the form does not sign you up to a marketing list.

The account area

Restaurant owners, and the team members they invite, sign in at a separate address. It holds the email address used to sign in, the team member's name, and the restaurant and menu information entered there.

Access to a restaurant's information is limited to the people attached to it, and to the Lamsi team for support and operations.

Providers and external links

The site and the account area run on external hosting and infrastructure services.

When you move to WhatsApp or Instagram, that service handles your information under its own policy. Read the policy shown by whichever service you have moved to.

Storage in your browser

The marketing site stores nothing in your browser. The account area keeps a single cookie, and only to keep you signed in. For the detail and how to clear it, see Cookies and browser storage.

Requests about your information

To see, correct or delete information you have given us, get in touch. We may ask for details so we can identify the request.
